    On www.dhl.co/uk you can find out where your Linkey box is at any time. Keep the tracking number you received in the shipping confirmation email at hand: you will need it!
  • Can I schedule the delivery date of my Linkey box?
    Standard shipping (5 to 7 days) is included in the price. In case you need to schedule the delivery date, please send an email to support-linkey@2hire.io with your request before or after your purchase, we will be happy to help!

  • Do I have to activate a subscription for each vehicle I equip with the Linkey box?
    Yes! For each Linkey box you purchase you need to activate a subscription.

  • Can you help me with the installation of the Linkey box?
    We have your back! The Linkey box comes with a guide on how to install it. Should you need more help with that, please book a slot with our support team by following the instructions inside the package you received.
  • Can I purchase an installation service? How much does it cost and how to do it?
    The Linkey box is designed to be simple to install so you can easily do it yourself. If you prefer, our partners can take care of the installation for you. Send an email to support-linkey@2hire.io to request the service, make sure you enter your zip code to get the right quotation from our partners.
  • What tools do I need to install my Linkey box?
    The Linkey box is designed to be simple to install so you can easily do it yourself. We are sure you already have all the necessary tools at home (e.g. pliers, screwdriver). In case you don’t, we have selected the right tools for you and listed them in the guide you’ll receive with the Linkey box.
  • Where can I buy a lockbox and a RFID pouch?
    When you leave your car key in the car, Turo requires you to place the keys inside a lockbox and a RFID pouch.     We work hard to add new compatible vehicles to the list every day. If we haven’t added yours yet, send an email with your request to support-linkey@2hire.io with make, model, and year of your car. We’ll make sure you can provide your guests with keyless rentals in a snap.
  • Can I book a training session to master the use of Linkey?
    Yes! Send an email to support-linkey@2hire.io to book a slot with our specialist to learn useful tips on how to exploit Linkey at its full potential.
  • I have subscribed to Linkey, how do I access the dashboard?
    You can access the Linkey dashboard at the following link.
  • I’m already a Linkey user and I want to add more vehicles. What should I do?
    We are happy that you want to expand your keyless fleet! Purchase a Linkey box, the additional subscription will be added automatically. You’ll find your latest installed car in your list of vehicles immediately after installation.
  • I changed my mind about my purchase / I want to make a return. What can I do?
    You can return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase. Send an email to support-linkey@2hire.io with your request to book your home collection service: the collection costs will be at our expense.
